AutoMB provides cloud-based operation integration automation software that connects core systems with various platforms including incident reporting, compliance dashboards, and medication management systems. Our services include:

  • Bidirectional system integrations
  • Real-time data synchronization
  • Custom dashboards and reporting
  • Automated alerts and notifications
  • Technical support and maintenance

3. USER ACCOUNTS

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

3.2 Account Owner

The account owner will be the one who created the account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

3.3 Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Take full responsibility for activities under your account

3.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are invoiced in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with prior notice

5.3 Free Trials

Free trials may be offered for a limited period. At the end of the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.

5.4 Late Payment

If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our services may be used by us without any obligation to you.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTOMB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

9.3 Liability Cap

Our total liability for claims related to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoMB from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

11. TERMINATION

11.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings by contacting us. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your billing cycle.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period
  • You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our services. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
